SHI created an ideal zero-entry shower for my mom: hand-held spray, custom fold-down teak wood bench, and multiple grab bars for safety. In addition to being ADA compliant the features and finishes in the bathroom make it feel more like a personal spa.From design to finish, the crew kept us posted about the schedule and the work. The shower floor drops down in the garage ceiling approximately six inches. It was a challenge (understatement) to prepare, configure and install. SHI experience and expertise resolved the predicament.Keeping in mind that we will grow old(er) in our home, we make wish lists and get at least three estimates for each project. Over the past eighteen years, SHI has renovated pieces and many spaces in our home: vanities, stairs, lighting, basement, bedroom, and bathroom floors, and vaulted ceilings. The work in our home demonstrates SHI's highest-quality workmanship.

The SHI team did an outstanding job with finishing our basement. Multiple hurdles, to include the pandemic and several big-ticket items being added during the project (sliding door replacement, backsplash, etc), were handled with good responsiveness and coordination throughout. Their use of the Buildertrend app makes contact and payment much easier. David and his team pursued many final loose ends until they were finally handled for good. I would recommend them for a project of any size.
