Thank you for your interest in using Superior Home Improvement for your upcoming home improvement project. Below are the basic steps we follow to get you started on your remodel:



  1. We will call or email you to set up an appointment to come to your home and review your project with you. Due to current supply chain bottlenecks including materials availability, labor shortages, shipping delays and strong demand you can anticipate that your project may be 4-6 months out.
  2. A preliminary bid will be created based on our initial meeting and emailed to you.
  3. If you plan to use our design services, we will ask you to sign a Design Services Agreement and pay a non-refundable fee for this service which includes helping with design, layout and scheduling appointments with our vendors to pick out products and materials to use in your remodel.
  4. After products are picked and design is finalized we will revise our bid to reflect your actual selections.
  5. If everything meets with your approval we will finalize a contract for you to sign.
  6. The initial down payment is required at the time of contract signing with subsequent installments required as work progresses.
  7. Materials will be ordered and depending on the anticipated delivery dates an estimated work schedule will be generated.
